OUR APPROACH

How Davis Empowers Scholars

Davis scholars.

Focused on Every Child’s Growth

At Davis Elementary School, we create a safe, inclusive, and community-centered environment where every scholar feels seen, supported, and encouraged to achieve. As a tuition-free neighborhood charter school in Montgomery, Alabama, we use data-driven instruction and differentiated learning to meet scholars where they are and help them grow academically and personally. Through small-group instruction, targeted interventions, and personalized support, our educators build strong academic foundations while nurturing character, integrity, and leadership.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

Our scholars don’t just learn—they explore, connect, and lead. From clubs like Coding, 4-H, Journalism, Photography, and Hispanic Heritage to track and enrichment activities, Davis offers opportunities that spark curiosity and build confidence. Through strong community partnerships and family engagement, we provide wraparound support that ensures scholars and families have the tools they need to succeed—in school and beyond.

With a focus on academics, character, and community, our approach empowers scholars to reach their full potential and build a strong foundation for lifelong success.
